A cup is a cup it maybe lesser of the bigger cups like the FA Cup, CL, PL but its a cup at the end of the day and its winning cups that the history our great club is known for and is built on.

Players and managers are judged on what they have won in their careers when they retire, they can go and count medals, honours and achievements they received over the years, so winning any cup is important.

Arsene Wenger says getting in the top 4 is like winning a trophy in itself, well id like to see him polish it

That said i do want us to get in the top 4 aswell, and winning this Sunday could be the motivation the players need to push on to the next level, as theres still alot to play for this season.

If the manager of Liverpool FC was anyone other than Kenny Dagalish he would of been fired just like Roy Hodgson was. Except for the Carling Cup and playing well in the FA cup Kenny is only a couple of games better that Roy but for the money Kenny spent that is not good enough in my opinion .

First i'm not whining. second you are stupid since what i wrote was a reply to something Zee24 posted. So if you read that you would see i made a point. Oh and by the way if you don't Liverpool to play in and win the CL and also win the Premiership then i suggest you wear a blue jersey and root for Everton since their fans are satisfied with winning things like the Carling Cup.

Liverpool have confirmed their FA Cup quarter-final v Stoke will take place at Anfield on Sunday, March 18, at 4pm.



The tie will be shown live on ITV.


Liverpool were due to play QPR away on the 17th of March, this game will now be rescheduled.

Thought id post this for anyone whose going to watch the game in a pub near Wembley on Sunday.

As Liverpool has been allocated the east side of the stadium, all public houses on the east side of Wembley borough will be for the Liverpool fans.

I agree with you FB does suck, but they sponsors just want the fans to get involved more and nowadays you don't have to be even at the match to take part. Id still prefere to be there tho all those lucky tw4ts who are going i hope its a good result for us and you all have a great time.

Please give me a break all the things you listed you seen don't make you any bigger afan than anyone. Love the Monty Python analogy. Listen I'm not here to argue. I can see you just don't agree with me and that is fine. Listen I'm with you i want Liverpool to win every game but the Carling cup and somewhat the FA cup in this age of football really don't mean much. I think Kenny has made just too many mistakes this year and the biggest is not focusing 100% on getting Liverpool a CL spot and spending to much trying to win cups that don't really mean much. Anything for a buck but if you don't make it you can't sign top class players. Just as long as they don't bleed the fans dry.
