win on Wednesday also and if results go the right way we could be 4th..

Maxi & Lucas have been doing well...

Lucas has been exceptional just recently easily Liverpools stand out performer so far imo, as for Maxi im still not convinced but he has put in some good shifts. Lucas is a no brainer to start (if he dosent then sack Roy he hasnt a clue) as for Maxi i would go with him on current form and he has the ability to retain possesion which will be key.

Lucas was dreadful in the Derby and against Blackburn...

That's the trouble with TV.. you only see half the game..

Trust me I've only missed the Blackpool game this year and Lucas is dogshite.. he can't pass and gives away needless freekicks in dangerous positions

The only game he played well in was the Steaua game and he came on as a sub in that... One pass on Thursday night doesn't = on fire

Have to go along with opsmonkey about lucas, he makes too many errors to be a member of any future team, not sure its a good idea to go allout for win today, don't want to be too negative but at the moment they need a bit more confidence and a pasting from chelsea aint going to help that, keep it tight early and hope things pan out in our favour as the game goes on.

I'd rather go shit or bust. If we win we go right up to 5th and that will be a massive boost to confidence, if we draw or lose we stay more or less where we are.Go for it i say. BTW Lucas is shite, i said that from day one
