if you watch todays sky sports news , the interview with Dermot gallagher ( top refferree) HE quotes that the tackle on Raphael was deffo a sending off by Maxi, thats what riled Raphael.

and have you also seen the gash in Nanis leg.. not exactly a fair tackle was it , when all your sky pundits all agree it should have been Red.

The first red would have calmed the game down and stop all the other incidents, thats soft refereeing to me.

Carra should have gone and it would have diffused what became a volatile period of the game. Ref got it wrong he then righted his wrong by allowing Rafael to stay on the field and all this as Maxi got away Scot free. Perhaps Utd fans should spend the next few months bitterly quoting Dowds name everytime a decision goes Liverpool way I would rather move on personally.
Talking of sky pundits I cannot wait for Phil Thompson view on all this pmsl.
