I can and i will, the ranking system is floored in the case of England with out a shadow!! you know that i know that the whole world know that! you might not like it but its true!! you have your opinion and 1000s of other people have there's!! there articals all over the internet saying the ranking system is poor and wrong, It doesn't work for all teams, and england should not be ranked 4th
