i KNOW how teams are ranked, what i dont get is your problem with it.. the outcome of the match? its important.
the importance of the match is an important factor too, competitive matches are worth more than friendly as they should be.
the strenght of the opponent... of course playing and beating say spain, should be worth more than playing and drawing costa verde islands ffs...
and finally the strength of the confederation, you believe that a game between say new zealand and american samoa (oceania) should be worth the same amount of points as say holland v germany?
i notice how me as the infamous 'attacker ' in these threads is being attacked by you
and how you yet again conveniently ignore my points made about the table i posted, the ranking system zee posted, and the attacking you have done, that you carried on into the chatbox when you got the thread closed last time, resulting in a ban from the chatbox did it not?
and IM blind.... the irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife

The Ranking will never be an exact science. Some parts of the world have have stronger teams than others. I'm more surprised that Greece, Ivory Coast and Ecuador are in the top 20.Comment

When was the last time England went to a semi-finals of an international competition?
For christ's sake england failed the 2008 euro cup, and if the rankings for 2012 go back 4 years, i'm surprised they still magage to rank above Portugal, who despite producing a not-so-good euro 2008, heck at laest they were there.
