Anders look like to be out for 4-6 weeks, ankle injury. It`s bad news. He`s just got continuity in games. For me, he is No1 goalkeeper in UTD. De Gea so far, nothing. For the money spent on him UTD could have bought midfielder that is lacking.

Hope to see Lindenguard soon(er) on the pitch.

personally i would stick with de gea. he cost 20 million so you cant just throw that money away.

its the same with us and andy carroll he has started to turn it around with a run of games..

i think fergie should pick de gea from now until the end of the season to give him a good chance to recover his form

i would start with Amos , he looked good the other day, just until Lingaard is fit. De Gea needs to be bled in slowly, he was good in Spain, but its a different game here and more physical, in Spain you cant touch an opponent without a booking or sending off, here they could easily crowd out de Gea as he dont seem to be used to it yet.

his phsyique does need beefing up thats for sure. but after a shaky start this year he seemd to be getting better, but then was dropped for some reason?

I wouldn't be suprised if De Gea does start against Chavski, just to show some backing from the manager that he has total faith in him. Fergies done it before but could back fire on him at the bridge. I would play De Gea in the home games especially against us, form is temporary class is permanent and De Gea does has the clas n tallent, give him time and support and you'll see it.

Im not calling for his head! He is not good enough to play in the united team at the min and i would put amos or linda before him, I don't no what you lot say about your players cause i don't care i only care how Man Utd are doing, I don't have time to worry about any other team or there players and how they are performing cause we are concentrating on trying to get number 20 league title

Why do you take everything so personally?

Thats totally true Zee, only problem is when it starts to get personal. and people go on and on trying to wind people up.

Football threads are always hard to police its worse that religion or politics, there seems to be more hatred towards opposing football fans than the above.
We try to do out best and keep them as clean as we can without causing a riot

Thanks for that You seem to be in here more than anywhere else on the windup you and your big mate sgerrard it just get boring, but like you say you can post where you want, but if you were a big pool fan you would concentrat on more what you are doing then what we are doing, I bet on saturday when your sat infront of your tv watching sky sports news you look for our result first

I wasn't here on the wind up to be fair i was making my judgement on De Gea and got shot down for it.

By the way Rio said he would turn down the Eng captaincy if he was offered it again as hes only interested in keeping fit for Utd.

He also wasn't happy the captaincy stripped from him n given back to Terry, which quite frankly was a joke. The FA n Capello have rumoured to have fallen out over Terrys captaincy as Capello still backs him.
