Well what can i say!! FFS we were by far the better team!! De Gea well i don't think he will play another game this season!! Well i hope not! We didn't make enough chances with the possession, and pool converted there chances, I am sure the pool fans weren't happy how they played but very happy with the win! And i can say this as a Man Utd fan who follows them all over the world, I know that feeling well. I am not disapointed about not been in the FA Cup not at all, What i am disapointed about is that LFC beat us, I can't really slate our team for Saturdays performance as on a whole we were far better, but what i can say is De gea was SHIT!! But thats football, and tomorrow we play Stoke i am wanting a big win to get over the result on sat but thats how i work upset and disapointed by the result on sat but bounce get when its our next match day!! Come on UNITED!!

I would be more concerned as to how a pair of 37 and 38 yr olds came to have so much of the ball at Anfield it was closest on 60%. Like you said 3 shots and why because United lacked a cutting edge and Wellbeck struggled to get in the game against your defensive 10. Even with that cutting edge missing they still scored one of those three ;-)So either Kennys tactic was to park the bus or you couldnt get the ball, which one is it? Either way it's not good enough and Hodgson would have gotten slated for this.. 100 odd million later would you not prefer to stand toe to toe with us? Remember were the leagues paupers and in decline You will find for all his failings Benitez did try it that way and almost succeeded.

I will look at ourselves and we are lacking a midfielder (like Scholes). I remember reds post after that 8-2 and thinking hang on mt Cleverley can do this. Sadly he has spent more time in the physio room than on the pitch so cue Scholes timely return! However Scholes arrival only strengthens the argument we need to bring in some proven World class talent for that role. Pogba seemingly isn't ready or we would have seen him in little cameos here and there and then we have Morrison who is brilliant but being an arsehole over his contract.

For 60 mins of the Game United were on top (away from home) but failed to produce in the last 3rd of the pitch. We really need a creative midfielder. I also think Evra makes too many costly mistakes. The hammering we got off city at ot he was vacent. Again when Pool got thier 2nd, poor, poor marking.
