well looks like thats it im glad to see we went into our last 5 must win games with a whimper we might as well of just drove the trophy to london for em rather than turn up at ewood
wheres it gone wrong in a season when looking back after so many defeats should have been over ages ago?
have the rest caught up no i dont think so i think we have all got steadily worse and another year older
defence hasnt helped only evra been fit all through and at times we have had no defenders at all (why didnt he start btw) our sqaud has looked pretty thin at times
berbatov is not good enough and has squandered every chance he has had when it has really mattered man utd is to BIG a club for someone with his puny shoulders he looks crushed and a broken man by the pressure and expectation and cant handle it
but its not just his fault our style doesnt suit his game he is not a grafter he doesnt bust a gut to get in the box to get on crosses his link up play is poor he is just a luxury that we cant afford to keep
how will we change it i dont know? david villa im reading in papers
for who ROONEY?
at the end of the day for big important games we go 1 up top and a five man midfield so wheres he gonna play? is anyone going to come and be happy at being a bit part player cos when you play 1 up top you cant give em too many games unless you start putting them out of position on the left or right as rooney used to find himself
yeh you might get some games when we play blackburn or wolves and go 4-4-2 but would any top strikers want that look at tevez thats the main reason IMO he ~~~~ed off cos he wasnt a first teamer and by that i mean he got the lesser games and left out for the important ones
and in truth he wasnt good enough when he did start when it really mattered i think we as a team are just starting to look jaded and our squad looks thin and a bit over the hill and major changes are needed and a good clearout of deadwood
question is can fergie build another great side and around rooney with a squad good enough to back it up and maybe more to the point have we got the money?
because without massive investment for next year i think we may start to slide we have scholes, giggs, neville and van der sar ready for pensions ferdinand looks like he hasnt got long left before he calls it a day he's injured to often nowadays, owen hargreaves will he ever play again? or get to the level he was i doubt it he's around 30 now
will anderson ever fulfill his potential i cant see it,will carrick ever wake up i doubt that either, will macheda or miram biram diouf ever make a top striker i dont think so but its hard to say because its much harder for them to get games now as every game is huge
we have only vidic, evra, fletcher and rooney who have a fair few miles in the tank and are worth a place in the team the rest are getting too old or just arnt good enough anyways
the others are all young players with potential but how many out of evans, rafael, fabio, gibson and macheda do you think will become legends at OT and will become good enough to compete with the elite of european footballComment

Dimitar Berbatov's Manchester United future in doubt with reports of possible departure
Dimitar Berbatov's future at Manchester United is in doubt, with reports suggesting that Sir Alex Ferguson could be prepared to sell the Bulgarian forward this summer.
The enigmatic striker has failed to impress in recent weeks as a stand-in for the injured Wayne Rooney, and the Sun claims that Ferguson has run out of patience with Berbatov and is prepared to offload him when the transfer window opens in July.
In their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Bayern Munich last week, Ferguson selected Rooney - rushed back from a twisted ankle - ahead of Berbatov, only to see the England forward suffer a recurrence of the injury and depart early in the second half.
Berbatov, a club record ?30.75 million signing from Tottenham in September 2008, has regularly been overlooked for United's biggest games, and while he did get a starting place against Chelsea 10 days ago, once again he failed to impress.
It is suggested that Ferguson will sanction the sale of Berbatov to fund a double move for Valencia's David Silva and Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema, who United targeted last summer when the French striker was preparing to leave Lyon.
However, Benzema has recently pledged to stay at the Bernabeu, saying: "I did not sign for Madrid to sign for another club soon after."
It remains unlikely that United - who have lost both Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez this season - would be prepared to further deplete their attacking resources by selling Berbatov.
Were the Premier League champions prepared to sell, the likelihood is that they would make a considerable loss on the striker, making any sale an unattractive proposition to the Glazer family.

For the next season we need classy striker to pair with Rooney, we need a scoring midfielder and a goalkeeper.
No doubt that Macheda, Mame Biram Diouf or most probably the new Chicarito will be the future of UTD but know we need a real striker.
David Villa and Agueroor David Silva... It would be nice...
And yes Hugo Lorris or Akinfeev for No1.Comment

You forgot Kleberson, but come on when it comes to bad signings you are way way ahead of us.
What about the great signings of the prem era: Irwin, cantona, keane, solskjaer, cole, van nistlerooy, ronaldo, rooney and plenty of others let alone home grown talent, in that regards we are way way ahead of you.Last edited by alker ranger; 14 April, 2010, 20:30.Comment
