A replay was something neither club would have wanted, but it would have suited Utd more.

LFC fixtures if it had been a replay:

Spurs (H) PL Mon 6th Feb 8pm kick-off

Utd (A) FA cup Weds 8th Feb 8pm kick-off

Utd (A) PL Sat 11th Feb 12.45 kick-off

These fixtures are something a big club deals with zee

We have had City,Bolton,Arsenal,You lot and now Stoke then Chelsea then you lot again followed by 2 Ajax ties polished off by a cakewalk at Norwich and then Spurs for pudding.

We come out of that lot with City in sight and you lot could be chasing 20

i have no problems losing the tie than replay whatsoever!!! the list of fixtures we have at present.....definately not something we need if we wan't to persue bigger and better trophies. especially with the suad being so lacking of fit players.
