Agree with you he has been playing well anytime i've him come on,, i know i've slagged him off in the past but if he justs keeps playing the way he can instead of squareing up to other players for no reason at all. Maybe he will become the player we need in MF.

Still top off the table! Another 3 points today, could do without ever seeing that midfield selection for the last 15 minutes again, nice to see Vidic getting some game time.

Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson installed tanning booths at training ground to boost vitamin levels

Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he installed Vitamin D machines - essentially tanning booths - at the club's training ground so that his players could recoup the city's renowned lack of sunlight.

As part of the project, Ferguson said that he also initiated a plan to give his players staggered one-week holidays to replenish their Vitamin D levels in the winter months.

The United coach's fascinating detail and new addition to the Carrington training ground's dressing rooms as highlighted during the Scot's visit to the Harvard Business School in Boston earlier this year where he met students to discuss a study into the managers' methods.

In a study entitled 'Sir Alex Ferguson: Managing Manchester United', the long-serving coach "could talk enthusiastically about the new Vitamin D machine (which perhaps most resembled a tanning both) in the players? dressing room at Carrington, put there to help them counterbalance the lack of sunlight in Manchester."

The study added that Ferguson also embraced the latest discoveries in sports science which could benefit his squad.

He supported the idea that players "should avoid running long distances" and instead focus on sprints and the use of GPS systems to monitor a player's physical performance.

?He has demonstrated a tremendous capacity to adapt as the game has changed,? chief executive officer David Gill was quoted as saying.

                        From the telegraph

I bet they don't do this at Zenit St Petersburg

Tanning booths do not provide our bodies with enough vitamin D, was more off my quote about Zenit St Petersburg being a joke m8.
