Hi all. First post here. I am having the same problem. I have R4-iii Upgrade Revolution for DS. Will the Woods software you suggested work for this card too?

Back up your card/games/saves and try it just lay files over top and overwrite when prompted,,,did your card work before ifso you maybe need to re-do the card with your original firmware....if it saying loading!!!!! Again backup,then format the mem card and reinstall firmware etcComment

game not starting..
i'm having almost the same problem.. i really need help.
there's other games that i already have that is working, but when i put in new games in and test it out it doesn't work and i'm really getting frustrated on it.. i have tried different sites to see if it works, but it doesn't work at all.. i need help..Comment

I'm using an R4 revolution for the ds and i was putting in some new games to play on my dslite .. i got all the downloading done and after i put it and i select the game that i recently put in. it finished it's game loading, but when it try to it, it's just blank white.. like nothing is happening.. i can't start any of the recent games that i found at all.Comment

if you have an original r4 card, you ca put woods firmware on it ans it will play most new games.

copy everything onto your pc so that you can copy it back if the new firmware doesnt work.....Comment

saves games gone?
i'm having trouble.. the saved data from my games before i put the wood in is gone and won't load up and just start to a new game mode.. is there a reason why..Comment

the file extensions for sav files are diffrent for diffrent flashcarsts.
let the card make a save file as it is now, then note the file extension.
then look at you old sav files and see if the file extensions is diffrent.
if it is just change it so it matches the old one....
also some flashcarts have the ability to change what file extension to use. (acecard akaio defo does, im not sure on woods firmware, have a look in the settings).

hey guys i finally got my r4 card for ds lite and i seem to be having some of the same problems .
some games work but some games say loading and the screen either turns white or black i too am using a 4 gb card do u think if i tried a 2 gb card it would fix the problem .
the r4 card says r4 revolution sdhc and the website it gives is r4ultra.com . it only seems to be the old games working and none of the new releases like black ops , toystory 3 etc.

using a diffrent sd card wont change anything.
that card you have is not supported anymore, that is why newer games wont work....
i think this is the latest firmware for your card, but i dont think it will help you m8....
newer games still wont work with it...
