Wii 3.4 softmod troubles

Hi,
I just got a 3.4 WII and installed successfully Homebrew Channel with Bannerbomb.
Now I've tried to install cIOS by downgrading IOS15 then back again. Finally I have installed neogamma channel, but not able to launch backup DVDs.
I'm still looking for good tuto in this forum.

I'm hoping my console will have the older drive, and be able to read copies, but as it was bought October 09 I bet it doesn't and I'll have to buy a USB HDD
