Softmodding A Black Wii

Hi fella, i just reinstalled the bootmii as ISO, all worked fine. However just went into priiloader to conduct the backup and it wont let me run the Bootmii as IOS via priiloader, keeps telling me that it couldnt find the file.
Not sure whats going on there.

you dont need to use preloader,you have saved bootmii as a iso,which means all you have to do is start hb channel and push the home button and start bootmii

I modded my own wii months ago without any problems. I tried to mod my friend's new black wii but it won't launch bannerbom from the boot.elf file i have on the SD card. Any suggestions?
