I had a 4.2 system, soft modded. Then sister did update to 4.3. Since then i re-modded the wii and have the homebrew channel. Every time i go to re-add neogamma it wont work, i get a 1252 or something similar error. Will this version help with that ? I've been trying with R9.

Help me please with a channel for playing backup discs

I have a 3.4e wii which already has the homebrew channel, however it won't play all the latest games. I am fairly new at this sort of stuff and would really appreciate advice on how/where to get a channel to play backup discs?

download neogamma from the first post of this thread, that will give you a backup launcher.
              then install Digital Kaos - Downloads - cios38 rev17

Thanks a lot -works well with really easy instructions. What can I do so that I can open the games directly through a channel rather than via the HBC each time?

                          According to my v4.3 - Multi-Mod Manager 13.4 - WAD Checker

                          IOS249 - v65280 - STUB - Wanikoko's cIOS or STUB

IOS249 is being used or set for Wanikoko's cIOS or STUB is it safe you overwrite this?

It depends if you bought your Wii with 4.3U installed as the 4.3's have a different DVD drive D3-2 that won't read burnt DVD's. I've tried burnt games in mine and it come back with a USB read error 1167.

                              Update:

If you want to check if your Wii has the modified DVD drive type in your Wii number in Wii Drive Chip
