Hey guys, I updated uloader to 5.1, and I installed cIOS224[57]v5.1.wad, but when I want to install it on wad manager it gives met error, ret -2011 error shit. What is that? Why???!

Is it safe to run the Black ops game update, it comes up when i chose the wifi connection in the game? I dont want to update the Wii firmware!

It's ok to accept the update for the game, should take about 2mins.Don't update the f/w. In multiplayer you will have the option to update for the game.

tried reading through all this and I think my heads going to explode.
My black ops is like others locking up at "loading..."
From the look of my SD card, I have CIOS249rev19

I gather I needed rev 20 so i've downloaded it.

I'm stuck trying to update from rev 19 to 20.

I've follwed a few (reddevils link) guides, put rev 20 on my SD stick in the WAD folder, loaded Wad Manager fom the wii, chosen to install from wii SD slot but my wii then reports "mounting device... error ret1"

Any ideas where i'm going wrong?

have you downloaded the rev20 wad Digital Kaos - Downloads - cIOS249[57]-v20 for COD black ops or the cios rev20 installer. the wad is installed with wad manager from the wad folder from the sd card if its the cios installer then its installed from the homebrew channel

The version of gx shouldn't matter just put Digital Kaos - Downloads - cIOS240[57]-v20 for COD black ops in wads and install. I know this is working. If you still have problems try another iso. I have just noticed the link says cIOS 240 it is 249 I have just edited in downloads, sorry if it's confusing peeps.

hi i have a wii 4.1 have usb loader gx. i am trying to load call of duty black ops. all i get is a black screen with loading. have read lots of stuff but cant get info i need. all my other games work fine thru usb loader gx.... just wondering why this doesnt work.... very frustrating.....any help anyone would be GREAT!!

when i first installed the wad the game still stopped loading when i run it off hdd,so i burned it to disk and it worked,i then mounted my burned dick onto the hdd and then it worked perfectly on hdd.hope this helps

Well My Black Ops plays perfectly of the HDD.

Now burning to DVD I've read alot about but I've always used DVD-RW so I can erase them if they don't work. I'm trying to get NeoGamma r8 to work but when I burn a DVD with Nero or ImgBurn it doesn't recognise the DVD. They all say it must be burnt to a DVD-R - or + whould that make a difference?
