Thanks, already tried that, but password is incorrect. Can not change laptop boot options without password

this is the password to get you into the BIOS
if user has set admin password in BIOS then there is no way of calculating it

the password given was the master password to get you into BIOS
it appears that you are already in the BIOS and an Admin password has been set by the user, this is nigh on impossible to know.
I see you are trying to flash the BIOS, I believe this can be done within Windows ??
