at present only Dell and paid service websites can do them

i forgot my dell inspiron n5010 laptop hdd password,
harddisk password error code = EYH4W27S (it's a hdd serial's last 8 char.)
system service tag : 2G926N1
if somebody helps me i'll be thankful.
hdd serial = 100623PBNC08EYH4W27S HDD model HITACHI 5K500 B-320

when i plug another hdd to dell n5010 everything is ok, so password is located in hdd.
i tried too many ways to unlock it. my files are important to me like photos...
