I've assumed your tag ends -595B if not post what it is
also have you posted your tag in the correct case as tags and passwords are case sensitive

they also need to be typed in with a qwerty type keyboard set for UK English

I dont know what you thing whit "I've assumed your tag ends -595B" ?

all tags end with -xxxx there are 3 different combinations, generally if its not shown its -595B

I think I will give him back the comp... I try to change the keyboard to english but it didnt work.
