Wow!!!, I had the 2 flashing orange lights, used the pgm and it worked for me!. Thank you so much for posting that pgm Canker. Btw, AVG had to be disabled to allow it to work so remember that ppl if you get an error msg when trying to exe the pgm.

I tried many times to reset my p50 printer. I will try this method on this forum. But I have another question for you: my computer doesn't recognize my printer and the 2 buttons (the one for paper load and ink empty) are clipping alternatevly. Do I have to do something more specific in this matter? Thanks.

Turn the printer off & unplug from the mains.

Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer & restart pc

Install drivers & plug printer back in.

Once recognised, run the engineer software.
