My laptop of D610 got the password message like this when I turn on the laptop power, I got white background and a message: This computer system, #ftthgls-595b, is protected by a password authentication system, you can not access the data on the computer without the correct password, please type in the system or administrator password and press <Enter>.

Hi hsvsrzi1,

I have tried the password but it doesn't work. The password of my D610 I got is power on one, which means i got it when press power button, it's not BIOS password after I press F2 key, I got it straight away when press power button.

Can any one help me again? thanks all
