if you read up you probably saw I need the full Service Tag, after CJ6J64J it's followed by -595B or -2A7B or -D35B or -A95B
if yours is CJ6J64J-595B the password should be: lm3xuhg4

1 for Bios and 1 for HDD
the one for bios worked and you were prompted for the second password (for hdd), if you read what your pc says you see that it asked for 2 different things with 2 different Servide Tags
now, the hdd Service Tags are from 11 characters, so if your Service Tag si this:
***5TG0VE94-595B password is: xtyuqqxw
if is this:
5TG0VE94***-595B password is: 6xsioycr
