if you read up you probably saw I need the full Service Tag, after CJ6J64J it's followed by -595B or -2A7B or -D35B or -A95B

if yours is CJ6J64J-595B the password should be: lm3xuhg4

        detailed:
        l from listen
        m from monkey
        3
        x from xerox
        u from ugly
        h from home
        g from garden
        4

if it ends with something different post here

        cheers!

                thanks for help
my friend, pay attention, your dell has/had 2 passwords:
1 for Bios and 1 for HDD

the one for bios worked and you were prompted for the second password (for hdd), if you read what your pc says you see that it asked for 2 different things with 2 different Servide Tags

now, the hdd Service Tags are from 11 characters, so if your Service Tag si this:

                ***5TG0VE94-595B password is: xtyuqqxw

                if is this:

                5TG0VE94***-595B password is: 6xsioycr

                cheers!
