thats the correct pass for the numbers you posted (providing the fourth was a zero)

but the password will only work if its the original HDD

ok. Y'all are my last hope... I have tried everything I know and humbly request some assistance unlocking the bios password and hard drive pw.

One of my co-worker's sons decided to tinker and I get to fix it! Love the help desk on a Monday!!!

              Service Tag: C0G22F1

              HDD code: #3KA080JGN**-595B

              Any help is greatly appreciated!

                1. You can reset Bios via take battery (motherboard)
                2. Service

Yeah, I tried that already with no luck. One of the first things I did.

However you do it, thank you! That worked. Much appreciated.

The HDD I guess was an aftermarket one but I got around that by removing the HDD from the laptop once I was able to get in the BIOS and remove the System PW. Then set the admin PW, reinsert the HDD, go into the BIOS and select the option to remove the HDD PW.

Once again big thanks to smoggy.
