I am a Technician for EZ pawn here in Birmingham, Alabama. A customer brought in their Dell Laptop to pawn. They did not return to get it so it dropped out. It hass a Admin password on it and we can't get into it to clean out the old programs and files the Serv. Tag is: 846FRG1.......HELP!

note changes from upper to lower case as tags and passwords are case sensitive

that password is correct for a QWERTY type keyboard
are you entering it in lower case also 4th is o for orange
have you tried holding down CTRL key when pressing enter

pssword y73k0d33 5th is a zero
but this will only work if it is the original HDD
