    I calculated with a -595B suffix if you can see anything different post it

    the trouble with service tags that dont have a -xxxx suffix is they can be the new type that cannot be calculated with this calc.
    you could try inputting wrong password 3 times and see if it gives you a code

    also password needs to inputted in lower case and 3rd is a l for leg not a 0ne

        sorry but suffix 1D3B is too new, only by Dell or websites that charge big bucks

                Hello I came across this website in my search for help. PRetty neat forum i might add. I purchased this Dell Latitude D630 on ebay for my mom for christmas and it has a bios/administrative password on it, so i can't do anything with it. Christmas is a week away...someone please help....my service tag is JSV0QH1-525B

                            passwords must be inputted in the case given and they are for a QWERTY type keyboard

                            There is no 5 diggit code and
                            the two passwords don't work either!

                              in that case your model cannot be calculated with the dell calculator
