unfortunately suffix -1D3B is too new for our calculator at present only Dell or paid service websites can do it

somebody reflashed their BIOS to an older version which changed the suffix to -595B
only he didn't elaborate on the procedure

it is the BIOS master password and providing Admin password hasn't been changed by user it should also work for that too

srry for not introducing...but i still have the same problem..i pressed Ctrl+alt+dlt twice and tried typing that pass under the user Administrator on the login screen but it says i have the wrong pass

I calculated your pass for a suffix of -595B if you can see any different post it
However as I said if Admin password has been changed by user there is no way of calculating it, you would have to use some other software (google lost admin password or words similar)
