my cousin bought an second-hand dell latitude d630 a year ago. The past week the computer ask him a password. I'll hope the people is asking here can help my too, but i ask too why this is so frequent because i have seen a lot of people asking here for the same reason.

Dear Smoggy, would you please help me with the same issue? my service tag is: 8JSJW3J 595B, I have put the admin password, but after I have updated the bios, i cannot access or change the admin password, I type the old password, but it says "Incorrect Password!" Thanks a lot beforehand.
