Dell d630 password

hi guys,

I'm having a bit of a problem... i tried several things to get around the BIOS password but they all didnt work

The laptop is locked and the sticker which used to show my service tag has been removed, is there any possible solution of me getting the service tag otherwise and getting a new password?
