            Problem at command prompt

First of all open Command Prompt which is in Start Menu , All Programs , Accessories ... but you must run as administrator.

Then simply type in this command:
            slmgr -rearm

Within a few seconds you?ll normally see this dialog show up, saying that the command has completed successfully, at which point you?ll want to reboot.

Now don't panic you will still get the not genuine message at start up but it shouldn't be in the corner
            of your desktop anymore.
So Checking the system properties again shows that you now have so many days left to activate.

Now run the Windows 7 Loader by right clicking and run as administrator (here is link to Loader) Windows 7 Loader.rar

Then just leave the loader on Default mode and click install... Now once you click install it will disappear don't worry it will take a minute or 2 then tell you to reboot.

Also if you wish you can tick the Advanced options and select your pc's make for serial and certificate's but it's not a necessity.

Now once you get the message telling you to Restart your computer simply click ok and let the system reboot.

And your all done your system should be fully Activated.
And able to pass validation on the microsoft site at Genuine Microsoft Software

Hope all this Helps you Good Luck !!

            Tut by Bossa.
OK, when I open the command prompt as administrator and type slmgr -rearm I get the error message " 'slmgr' is not recogmized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "

What am I doing wrong here?

Its a false positive mate, by the nature of what it does most AV's recognize it as a hack tool in the signature description..
Its actually a simple program created by a smart guy, it loads before Windows and acts as an emulator that tricks Windows into thinking its legit.
Good AV,s list it as a minor threat but AVG is well known for going into pop up overdrive at the wrong things and then falling over and dying when it misses certain trojans listed as severe.

A would disable AVG and then run the loader..
"Windows - A thirty-two bit extension and GUI shell to a sixteen bit patch to an eight bit operating system originally coded for a four bit microprocessor and sold by a two-bit company that can't stand one bit of competition."

Windows Loader(x86/x64) by Daz + WAT Fix

This is the loader application that's used by millions of people worldwide, well known for passing Microsoft's WAT (Windows Activation Technologies) and is arguably the safest Windows activation exploit ever created. The application itself injects a SLIC (System Licensed Internal Code) into your system before Windows boots; this is what fools Windows into thinking it's genuine.

Windows Loader + WAT Fix (x86-x64) Main Features:
Can be run as a standalone application
Works well with all system languages
                Argument support for silent installs
                Can be used for pre-activation
                Application integrity checking
It runs before Windows is launched
                Custom error handling
It works with VMware, VirtualBox and Hyper-V
It allows you to install custom OEM information
Support for hidden partitions and complex setups
Can work alongside Linux's GRUB or any other boot manager
Works with TrueCrypt and many other types of hard drive encryption applications
Add your own certificates and serials externally
Offers certificate and serial installation only for users with an existing SLIC 2.1
Automated system profiling (The application matches everything up for you)

                The rundown
Compatible with Windows 7 SP1 and all system updates ***10004; check
Will run on x86 and x64 systems ***10004; check
No core system files get modified ***10004; check
No extra processes are run so you have nothing eating at your RAM ***10004; check
All key parts of the exploit are encrypted with a custom encryption ***10004; check
The exploit runs before Windows so it's harder for Microsoft to prevent ***10004; check
The exploit patches all necessary tables making activation look authentic ***10004; check
The application will select the best profile for your system during installation ***10004; check
Each and every user has a unique version of the exploit installed on his/her system ***10004; check

Make sure that if you use Windows Update dont install the update KB971033 as it is part of the WAT and can disable the activation.

Sorry zorba anton diden't see your post.
