Have to post to see the JPG on this thread for the settings. I have an o2 e160 unlocked and an iPhone PAYG sim topped up with ?10 but cannot get it to connect, I have a standard O2 and a Vodafone that I can connect so trawling the web to try different settings.

hello guys having a nitemare here trying to get this up and running...i have a huawei e220 dongle unlocked /iphone sim from ebay /installed telstra and put in settings and set to default still no joy ??? the 10 -pounds have been top up .

the dongle was on vodafone and everytime you usb it the vodafone software install so i think this may be a problem or are they any other connection managers to try thanks

the dongles in this thread refer to 3 mobile which were flashed to remove software and unlock them, you may have to do the same or try and remove the vodaphone connection manager also are you using the settings as set out earlier in this thread as sometimes these seam to lead to confusion.

just a thought have you tried the settings in the vodaphone connection manager as its only a piece software also only install one manager.

thanks for reply m8 i tried vodafone connection but it states you have to be on vodafone in a pop-up..regard unlock i got it done at local shop and it recognizes 02 when i put sim in so i assume it is unlocked... tried everything ..

Here are the settings which i have configured.

Config filename : 02
Dial number : *99***1#
Username : payandgo
password : payandgo

APN : payandgo.o2.co.uk

Preffered DNS : 193.113.200.195
Alternate DNS : 193.113.200.195

The problem i am having is that it is connecting and showing bit usage and time logged on, but when i try and open internet explorer or Firefox it comes up with page can not be displayed.

It also shows a blue light on the dongle when it is connected.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here It says I'm connected but no web access ,Is this issue to do with web bolt on ??
