Have you tried to download & install one of the non-branded connection managers as advised in the first post? Or use the debranding tool for the dashboard?

You obviously have not read it:
2. The correct way to unlock is by inserting a non-accepted SIM card into the device. You should get a box appear asking for the code and once entered the modem is unlocked! Remember that you only get 10 attempts so don't keep trying codes if you get errors!! Some providers have their dashboard software "doctored" so that it doesn't ask for the unlock code! The simple way around this is to download a PC install version of the generic (i.e. unbranded) Mobile Partner dashboard software, you can get that HERE
If this does not work you'll either have to flash new firmware or use a service like www.dc-unlocker.comLast edited by Jim.Mahoney; 12 June, 2010, 21:25.Comment

Selected Modem: E122
Phone IMEI: 356882031930424
Calculating Codes...
****************************************
UNLOCK CODE : 57611543
FLASH CODE : 51619208
****************************************
Codes Calculated OK...
Done.
See first post in thread on how to use the code. You will of course have to setup a new profile in your "dashboard" and in the case of 3 you might be best to use a copy of Mobile Partner instead of the 3 software, again see first post!Comment
