I think you will find only a cable unlock works on E58x series Huawei.

You'd need to buy credits and unlock using: Dc-unlocker | Phones Huawei E2010 football,Huawei U8100 Android phone,Huawei U1000/U1000s,ZTE T108. Modems Huawei D01HW,Huawei E585,Sierra Wireless USB 305,ZTE MF628+

I have the facilities to do them here but I'm a 3.5 hour drive from Cape Town, South Africa!
