Thanks JIM, But i'm wondering is there a way to create 16 digit code using NCK and SPaC? I have heard about corporate lock or something?
In our counry, modem company earliar was using 8 digit unlock code, but now they have using 16 digit unlock code,

Search Google, there was a copy of DC-Unlocker that had been modified (i.e. cracked) that would unlock some ZTE modems. Try looking for dccrap.zip or something similar...

I have that DC unlocker cracked version, but when i using it,
everythings going well, saying unlocked succesfully. But after I connect later, it's still locked.
I found on another our country forum, they have given 16 digit code to modem and DC unlocker only giving 8 bit code.
So, thats why i was trying to find 16 bit code...
