Confirmed these codes are correct for your IMEI & MEP.

        MEP2 CODE: 1157708768930514
        MEP4 CODE: 8906172973113579

If the code entry box states '0 attempts left' you will need to start calling around some shops. This will need resetting, but it will be hard to find someone who can do it.

You need to read the first post on the first page. It will give you the instructions you need & the MEP reader. We need the MEP code before an unlock code can be generated

Can you double check your IMEI & MEP code on the MEP reader.

I did confirm the original codes were correct for the information you provided on your post..

          MEP2 CODE: 1157708768930514
          MEP4 CODE: 8906172973113579

I would also check the IMEI on the sticker & type in *#06# to confirm all say the same number.

With an accepted SIM card inserted go to settings > Advanced > SIM
          Type in MEPD

          That's M E P D

This should show you what restrictions are currently active. Let us know what you find.

All blackberry unlocking needs hardware to work along side the software. You can download some software, but it will only allow code calcs for Alcatel & some ZTE handsets without the dongle plugged in.

?40 will allow you to unlock Blackberry, Alcatel, ZTE, Vodafone, SFR & some motorola & Orange phones without internet connection. HTC & LG phones using either USB or comm port connections (depending on model).

All this without needing credits. Until they decide to charge for new activations.

Not sure if blackberry codes are generated off-line, but that's the impression I'm given.
