I you are able to get they sats then your arc is fine.

26e seems to be a problem with a few ppl on a dm800.

23.5 you just need to find a strong tp and fine tune.

If both latitude and longitude values were wrong then I should not be able to get anything?
This sometimes happens on my dish, sometimes it plays ball and other times it doesnt.
Ive found with problem sats if i choose a certain channel with a strong tp once i get a lock on that channel im fine with the rest of the channels on that sat.
Must admit im not that fussed with most sats, other than hotbird 13 and astra 19.2.I find these show most of the things i want like the footy.
Like i said you know your long and lat, slightly adjust it and move channels to see if that affects snr.
Dont think i would bother yet getting someone else out.

Adam, I have the same receiver, and will put longitude 1.61 W, because all positions west of Grinwitch are minus positions. You change E/West with side(volume) pillows.Latitude 53,74 N. The longitude is most important for Usals.Check your position at IP and Location Recognition – Pro Version added | DishPointer.com suppose you live west of Gr.merid., so do 1.61W and you're done.Myself, I can't use Usals, no support from the dish.Good luck and hear of you!
