Already using 8.6b... I went to the Duo Labs site to see if there was any updated software and got the following messaage

"Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!"

Seems if you go there you get more than you bargain for.

try this to get rid of the [red warning banner] and get the downloads for your cas programmers etc:

for anyone who uses firefox as there browser and when you go to duolabs.com if you get the red warning banner
try this close your firefox browser then open it again
next at the top of the firefox panel click>tools>on the panel that opens>click>options>on the next panel>click>security then on the next panel in the top box untick the middle item>
[tell me if the site i'm visiting is a suspected attack site]> then click.ok now try duolabs website and you will get on. i have checked the site and my es-et antivirus says there are no threats and i have asked about this at duolabs forum and they say it's fools attacking them
like many other forums and there is no other problems or viruses or threats from there site's and they are working on clearing this problem.

you must be able to set the security on all other browsers
but as most who use forums use firefox. and other browsers
like the internet explorer have lots of problems
downloading files etc it appears to miss parts of the
download and they show as corrupt files, and most forums
advice useing firefox. and it's free to use take a look here;----

Loaded latest keys on UW180 onto Diablo Cam with Cas 3 software. Still not opening any channels whatsoever.

Is C****X not working anymore? Will it ever be? Am I stuck with useless equipment now?

the conax channels have now changed from cas5 to cas7 and now dont open without a official subscription. this has now stopped all conax channels with the diablo, the diablo cam major packages are canal+nl on astra 19e and digi-tv on thor 1w as for will we get the conax chns back who knows we have also lost polsat,premiere,D+.cabo etc to nagra 3 and at the moment it's just a wait and see if or what the file guys can get open for all of us. this is how the satellite hobby goes from time to time

I only started this "hobby" about 9 months ago, so I am still a comparitive newbie. Didn't think I would ever get the hang of it, but thankfully with all the support available through people like yourself I muddled through. I thought I had cracked it and now this.
Is this just a waiting game, or are there other cams that will fit the CAS3 programmer. I am mainly interested in the Premier League, so have a while yet.

I watched the footy through canal+ on Thor 1W. But that's gone now, so where would i view the footy?

nova sport/galaxie sport, eurosport2 on thor 1w, if you have'nt got these channels you may need to rescan thor 1w. Also on holland 19e sport1 show the footy at 3, your diablo cam opens that as well.

Cheers bosvelt, but I lost Nova/Galaxy a long time ago and subsequent scans still can't find it. I am located close to Bury, does this mean I am too far North to receive the signal?

you should get thor1w with a 1mtr dish in bury
i live a few miles south of you and get the channels clearly
and a scan should find all the chns for you. what receiver do
you have and then you could get a more detailed answers
