when you buy a clone you take a risk, you are also buying a box that's 1/3 to 1/4 the price of the originals using inferior components ,now you know that and you are still complaining don't buy clones if you feel like that.
i just bought a 800se from nextbay and never had a problem, if it goes wrong i would not dream of sending it back top prc for ?50/55.but each to there own

The problem with buying a DU clone, is their is not a lot of money difference between that and the original if using good components. The only way is to use cheaper components. The original DM800 were excessively over priced, so the chances of a good cheaper clone is a good one. If someone is after a DU it would be better to look for a original second hand or refurbished unit.

I have to disagree. I've used them many times and found the service and customer service to be very good. Did you remember to pay dhl the excise duty when they asked for it cause that's the quickest way not to receive your goods. This means you need to use a valid telephone number so they can contact you and not just one you have made up.

Same luck as I've had on many occasions. It seems the service is no worse than buying from any other overseas company. In fact there are more horror stories with amazon than nextbay
