it has been a week since my last update, I sent them a link to this thread but they been ignoring my mails as their last reply was 12 days ago.

They still havent returned my shipping costs, which were ?73 due to their insistence that I use the post office.

they will be losing alot of customers with service like that, no offence but you have 6 posts and 5 are in this thread and there is every chance in the world you might have just come here to show hate upon a seller you dont like for other reasons

I have had similar problems from these thieving bast*rds. Would not give refund even though I cancelled item and they had the box diverted to someone else. The excuse was always the manager is away and no one else has access to the paypal account. Eventually got my money back through paypal dispute. Avoid these crooks!

A friend of mine brought a clone from them despite me telling him to buy a genuine one. He has as barely had it for 6 months until the power supply unit went pop and he contacted them several times now and they are ignoring his emails.

I would avoid this seller and all clones for that matter. I've told him to raise a dispute with paypal for not honoring the 1 year warranty, good luck with that one.

I've had experience with this site. Sorry I ever bought a clone and didn't just fork out for original but hey ho...you learn from your mistakes.
I bought a VU+ Duo from them and after it arrived the fan stop working and was causing overheat on the box then then the box went bang...dead PSU. So i sent the box back as requested which I think I paid about ?50 - ?55 with the promise of a refund on the cost. This I have never had back!!
They received it back and then sent me someone elses box that had been sent back and repaired which they'd had for just under a year and sent a new box to this other person. When I got this other box the sata port doesn't work so I can't use a hard drive on it and i've also had to replace the fan. Then i've had them send out another PSU for this box. All in all not a very good experience and I would advise anyone to fork out the bit extra for an original.
I know there are people out there that have clones and they have had no problems with them but if you do get a clone and have to send it back, it could end up costing the amount you'd pay for an orginal anyway.

when you buy a clone you take a risk, you are also buying a box that's 1/3 to 1/4 the price of the originals using inferior components ,now you know that and you are still complaining don't buy clones if you feel like that.
i just bought a 800se from nextbay and never had a problem, if it goes wrong i would not dream of sending it back top prc for ?50/55.but each to there own

ive bought 4 vu+solo clones off nexbay and all4 were fine and are still ok to this day. ok if you end up with a faulty box is not nice but maybe of 50000 clones sold(at a rough guess) how many are faulty? i bet its less than 3%. if you want 100% piece of mind buy an original,regards mdt

I CONFIRM THEY ARE OK TO SELL? THEN cheap support and after some more support no more news when you want to send it back for warranty !!!

your buying a clone ffs, its a copy of a genuine item that has probably taken months/years of research+development in getting to market, these Chinese outfits then come along and offer no input to the project and basically steal the original firms customers, this says to me that morals and integrity are not high on the clone sellers list of priority, quick buck making is and dishing out refunds doesn't fit in with that business model, I aint anti-clone (I own several), just pointing out you know what your buying into when you pay them willingly for a counterfeit product and you played a significant part in deceiving the copyright owner !

Whats that old saying that Cactikid keeps on about "You Buy Cheap You Buy Twice" sounds familiar but as southpaw rightly states you save ?100's when buying a clone its a risk and a gamble that many people are willing to take some are lucky and strike gold some are not and get shafted.
