Upgrading firmware will not delete your cccam settings I have been testing different firmwares and never lost these settings.
so your save to do so.

Upgrading firmware won't but factory resetting will do

I have never given advice on payservers and never will either, as they are the pits of this hobby !!

its also one of the reasons my pm is turned off, as I am not to be at the beck and call of anyone who thinks I am their teacher or lackey, and I never give out info that is banned by the forum I visit. some members may think this should be done by pm , I am not one of those members

members should use the forum for questions and hope somebody will answer with the correct answer, and if everyone stayed within the rules there would be less problems

not sure how or why you all started discussing me instead of the blade bm7000s but I would like to suggest you stick to talking about the box and not myself or other members, its not funny having myself drawn to the attention of admin staff by "off the cuff" remarks about me by other members who should know better

Hi Ramjet, I never intended to draw the staff attention to you, if it did, well I can only apologise.

Anyway, I'm not discussing or will never talk about clines or newcamd ever again.

All I really wanted to know was about flashing my box with latest May update and the right steps to do it so as to prevent noobs like me from having to pull my hair out!

Satsmo pls don't give Ramjet a hard time as he's never helped me in the way you were thinking.

sorry folks did not want to draw your attention in this but you are well up with info when you post your helpful advice to others,we are all noobs learning from the more experienced like yourself,apologies to all.

I draw the line when it comes to people wanting C or N line advice no matter what the provocation or begging letters on here or elsewhere

its time members realised that just because there are those out there who can teach, those teachers can decide what info they will give out and what they wont

its time box owners realised where the line is drawn and didnt try to keep crossing it, and its also why I ignored all thoe entreaties to post information as no matter how much is posted its never enough until you have been drawn across no mans land, which I refuse to do and always have done

if the info cannot be posted on the open forum then it shouldnt be posted anywhere, not even by pm, end especially not the scumb*g p*ys*rvers who dont share, they sell (illegally) !!
