it could be that there are problems with the installation, or its somehow been setup for spanish channels , but I doubt it

if it says the transponder already exists , then you cannot add it

in which case select the group first as 19e , then go into the menu and installation - channel search , change to manual scan from auto scan , press ok on the first transponder which on mine is 10788 , and select 12226 and below it you should see 27500 and H , and all channels and off

now press the red button and scan , and save

I believe its your newbieness and not knowing your box or how this works that is holding you back, rather than blame the satellite installation put in by professionals

if you are still having problems , back up your current list to a folder on a fat32 formatted usb stick

then load this one as I have manually scanned in those transponders and the FTA channels are opening ok , especially those news channels
its zipped up so unpack it first with winzip , winrar or 7zip

it also has the 28e channels on it too , recently updated I might add

so it has 28.2e and 19e

this will tell you if the system works or not, if it does and you can see them , then your scanning techniques need improving

I will try your list and see what happens buddy ,when I have done the above it also says moving to 19.2 astrra 1 ,I will give it another bash very soon

that is because if you check out your first post you have usals set , and yet you have no motor, so clearly you have not disabled the motorised dish setting (turn it to OFF) in favour of either a fixed dish setup or in favour of diseqc 1.0 or 1.1

not setting it up correctly in the first place can only add to your woes

and just to clarify, is this dish system at your flats only set for 19.2e ? , or can it also access anything else like 13e hotbird or 28.2e astra 2 ? or hispasat at 30w ?

if its fixed on 19 east then just set motor to OFF and the diseqc settings do not matter as you have no switch involved

can you find out if anyone else in your block is receiving any other channels above 11.700ghz as this would tell you if its down to the lnb/l.o.s. settings. maybe the distrobution amp is only sending 10.700 to 11.700 down the coax as the spanish channels are all between these frequencys,regards mdt

I dont know that many onlyy to say hello etc in this block all are spanish apart from a few who dont have sat tv .
If I had my own dish that would solve the problems am sure

I did not test all of these channels , my POINT weas that I checked the fta news channels like sly news , france 24 english and euronews , as well as a few others

so assuming you failed to get them, you have a problem locally , what that is I have no idea, but it has to be something to do with not having your own dedicated dish and lnb

all I can say is that those fta channels on those transponders I listed work here in the uk on a motorised dish, and probably work for 99% of the other enthusiasts too

so houston , you have a problem , locally , so solve it

I need to get my own dish then I think ramjet
