I've received my two cloud ibox 2's yesterday the one box I used Lombards backup and it has been perfect. The other box did the same but keeps going to a black screen after 5-6 mins of watching surfing channels.

Not the power as the blue light is on stil and LAN lights flashing away.. I'm really annoyed this would be the second time I bought from china and had to pay for returns. Cloud box 1 last time..

If anyone can help me solve this problem without sending back would help

Hi, for the price couldnt expect it to have that much memory, but i would say this runs better then ibox 1, dm800 with slightly more ram and flash and cpu, for around ?65-?70 which aint bad for a enigma 2 box and its running openpli 4.0 , only thing how long will they patch the newer images or even if they will do it ?

Hi currently considering either the ibox 2 or another vu solo clone. Is it hugely important that to keep flashing newer images, does the download plugins section not update if not using the latest images? I've found its very easy to **** clones up from personal experience keep updating things. I intend with my next box to get a working version of vix on it and just have skins, picons, ondemand and autobouquets on it then thats it no messing .

Not sure which way to go? latest ferrari chipped solo clone or cheaper ibox2, only bothersome issue for me was error of could not allocate memory now and then on my solo

I personally think the new box is better than the cloud ibox 1 which was a clone of the vu+ solo. It runs faster and has more on board memory and undoubtedly runs much cooler.

If you would rather have a cloud ibox 1 i'd quite happily sell you mine if that's what you really want

I have just finished setting my new box up on the supplied OpenPli 4.0 and have it running with exactly the same plugins that I had on my cloud ibox 1 with blackhole

maybe some of you are not aware as these are based on the xp1000 but you can buy the original unit for ?129 in the uk ( ?124 in places ) with free shipping and full warranty and no messing with clone patched images.

For the sake of paying about ?50 extra I might do this, warranty and official openvix etc. Not heard of these boxes before, thanks for the heads up

if your thiking of buying original go for the Octagon SF8 HD it's the same as the xp1000 but has a small display on the front for the same price as the xp1000.

just search for a dm800 power adapter on ebay, it works and its same 3amp

Hi, anyone notice slight blur you get when selecting channel, the info bar gets blurry then sorts itself out, also try getting oscram picons from plugins , picons, and have them show on channel list, the screen just is blurry, never had this before,

Hi, i dont use Tspanel, no need for it really just takes up space so i dont install it, tsmedia is installed in backup i made and linked here

heres a version of both that works but as Lombard says you only really need TS Media
