i have trouble with sky hd . and got so annoyed cancelled all my subscription. as not under contract. because i had hd box in home i cannot get the half price offer (sky customer services).
is there any other great deals available, but would need a new sky hd box as the one i got is gubbed.

I took up the half price offer and had it installed yesterday.I will wait until the first bill comes though to see if the offer has worked as I've been reading a few bad stories on here about people taking up the offer but being charged full price,or spending ages on the phone tiring to sort it out. I just hope it doesn't happen to me.
I must add that some of my channels have no signal,My signal strength is around 3/4 and my signal quality is around 1/4 sometimes less.(in good weather)
Does anyone know what these signal levels should be at?
Any help would be appreciated,Thank you

Just booked with Sky with a code i got of the forum last week, full HD tele package 20m broadband unlimited 24/7 telephone, ?40 first 6 months and then ?50 for the last 6 months.

Tried to do on the internet and could not get the package I wanted so rang 08442 410 486 spoke to a Sky advisor said i had a code for half price tele for 12 months didn't even ask for the code she went through everything and i ended up with the package.

Hope the code still works this is it CUGA100045961277 and if it dose not ring the number and see what happens.

If you wanted to order Sky HD at the moment, you could go to their website and get a free Sky HD Box as well as free installation. However this new offer is the same as well as 6 months HD subscription free - saving ?60.00!!! The only way of getting this offer is by a friend recommending someone to Sky - Me recommending you!
You will still need to order the free box and installation through Sky and will need to subscribe to a HD package for 12 months. The minimum subscription will be ?18.00 per month for the first 6 months (normally ?28.00). Thereafter, it will be ?28.00 per month for the remaining 6 months. I've had installed the half price sky TV offer with a new phone line from sky,Does anybody know if the phone line rental and calls are half price to? or is it just the sky TV?,I can't check as i haven't had the phone line fitted yet.Any help would be appreciated,Thank you.

if i was to go for this sky offer how would the sky enginer go about my existing 1meter sat dish and my dreambox.Would he refuse to put in the dish/stb or cut my cable or just ignore it and put is dish up next to mine?

best bet is to call up and reorder under a new name or get ur partner to do if she or he hasnt had sky before
