You have a problem mate. And you are dangerous to newbies trying to get new info. Its better to leave what you dont know about than pointless argument just for the sake of it.

Sky cards need updating every 60 days. And thats a NAKED FACT. Whether its updated by cccam or official box but fact is it needs update. If you dont know that then you have no reason to be on this thread

sky cards do not need to go back in the sky box as you posted, there guys whos cards have not been in a sky box for well over 60 days and there cards are updating fine!
one min you say im a payserver then you say i know nothing?

your post 26 is bs mate , you say you have info in your sky online account but refusse to uplaod it,
looks like you have not got a clule, on novenber the 1st i will bump this and tell you how my card is then.
it will be in my db till then and has been since june , its updated to 1/11

Many Pay servers are now down. People coming from holidays are being greeted by screens asking them to subscribe to channels that they already have, on calling sky they get same answer as everyone: Your account under investigation. People are realising when time comes to update the EMM, and the card becomes dead.

Its looking like by end of october almost all cards not in original boxes will be dead.

Really confused with all this, should it be in the slybox to update or not? and i'm no expert but just to let you know when my card went down.

Got sly start of few months ago engineer fit the box but no phone socket near the sly box i asked the engineer does it need to be connected to a phone socket engineer replied no only need it to order films on box office.

Start of August card went down, rang sly telling him my problem his responce was as the card been in another box me acting thick said should i have another box he replied no some of the cards are loosing the information thats sent to the card he did a check and said your card will be back on within four hours it took two mins.

So is sly just turning peoples cards of and wait for you to phone them or is it that some cards are dodgy?.
