My neighbour has a Panasonic Freesat TV and I believe that to see the channels you have just tuned in, Press TV on your remote control and then select Other Sat from the drop-down list, all the channels not on the Freesat EPG should now be available to you.

yes mate thanks very much, that worked woopeee.

but i have checked it late at light and i know its just standard definition stv that is showing, will that change to stv HD during normal hours or is it constant crap SD, plus i noticed you even get bbc scotland in there too which is a bonus

Currently i have my freesat tuned into a london postcode so that i get itv HD etc as things seem to be much better on there, it good now to have the choice, but it would be great to have stv HD as well as itv HD with the flick of a button, can you find out for me mate.

iam not usually around till after the late hours but it would be handy for the family to know.

                      thanks again.

To get STV HD you will have to do another manual tune using the following details...

                        10,936 V
                        22000
                        5/6

The channel you want will be labelled as 3855 (unless it has been updated to show as STV HD) and this is what you want to save.

Sorry but this does not appear to be the case.

Yes using the same method you describe.

An STV broadcast can be received but only in SD unfortunately.

I don't think any programmes in the daytime are in HD. As far as I can tell "Law and Order" at 9.00 pm and "October Road" at 10.40 pm tonight are supposed to be in HD so I suggest you watch then.
