hi guys i have just bought this box and waiting for it to arrive, just a quick question when i connect the lan will it be downloading alot or whatever it does, because i dnt want Vermin to get suspicious. I had a Krapview before and nothing happend with that so im hoping this is the same?

Have a made a wise choice in buying this box, ive heard good things about it

No, the only thing it will download is the epg.

hi got the box today it says it has the latest unnoficial firmware on, ive been n checked the system info page n this is what it says

Model BM7000s, S/W 1.22p (Apr 11 2011)

H/W 1.00, Boot Version 5.20, CH Version F014

is this all ok? if so now what do i do? i have watched that video on utube but when i enter blademedi.serveftp.com in the ip it doesnt connect to the server

That is the latest Patch, Blade online should appear in the main menu for downloading channel lists, you don't need to enter the FTP address.

Or do you think that Blade have a CS server - they don't

thanx lincsat now when im in channel list to i select the uk astra option? im in yorkshire so central uk should be right shouldnt it?

The only difference is the BBC/ITV region and they are easy to change anyway. The channel lists are not perfect, so you may want to edit them anyway

got all the free channels, is there anyway to get the channels automatically in their lists like entertainment, sports etc? it takes ages doing it 1 by 1
