You can get the Null Modem Cables from eBay, I have tested these below and they worked for me!
Serial RS232 Null Modem Cable - DB9F to F - 2m

and if you dont have a serial port on your computer/laptop you will need a USB to Serial Converter (below).

PLEASE NOTE MOST COMPUTERS SOLD IN THE LAST 15 YEARS OR MORE PROBABLY WONT HAVE A SERIAL PORT, SO THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WILL NEED ONE OF THESE.

Hi, anyone got a link to cloned firmware for an f3? It's stuck on 97, it seem to re-flash fine, but depending which firmware i use, it either stays on 97, loads to 97 and then loops or sticks at 97 for a short while and then goes to E001. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
