Why I can't downlad any software for my openboxs10 ?

I only get an error when i try to flash my box true rs232

your timing is off,using the wrong cable,or using the wrong version loader.
You have to start the loader hit next then casually turn the receiver on.

have you checked your com port setting (device manager)
port settings
bits per seconds :115200
data bits :8
parity :none
stop bits :1
flow control :Xon / Xoff
if your settings are the above then Slugworth makes good sense. check loader is selected with a tick applied timing start software before switching receiver on at right moment 7-10sec

a moot point,since the program itself takes control over the comport when used.
I never mess with the windows default setting,which I believe are a lot different.
the loader uses even parity BTW.

loader needs a real rs232 port to function.

ok i got a null modem cable,was not working ,then i plugged it in com1 and gave the stb erom com2 instead and finally got it ALIVE again . . .

You can with a usb to serial adapter, for some people works fine for others it doesnt. What os system do you have on your lappie.

Usually better to have a dedicated serial port.
