Hello all I need some help, I have just updated my firmware on my f5s software version 10/4/14 all working fine and even got baby TV back for my little girl, because I had so many channels that were unusable I decided to update the channel list with AJ's channel list , now all my SPorts 1-5 no signal, movies no signal , baby TV no signal, BT sport HD WORKING! I re updated the channel list but the same issue, I only have 45% signal intensity & 10 quaility on the channels I can't get, antenna setup is correct and the correct satellite is selected.

I've noticed, as of this morning that all channels are scrambled. All working fine last night.
Updated channel list in a bid that this would resolve, but it didn't. (update from 16/8/14)

Checked internet connection, tethered to mobile phone and home broadband, but nothing

Any suggestions?

I have been using AJ's list for a while now without a hiccup. A few weeks ago I updated with new stick and got box (Skybox F5) stuck on load screen. Got it going again via null modem and have been trying to use the list again since, it all seems to work fine however when I reset box I get no channels. Same thing happened with Sattv list too, so I know it's not the list.

Is it possible for anything to have gone wrong during the null modem phase of rebooting the box? Any tips on what to do next. Atm the only way to get my box going is single satellite search and having many duplicate channels and no order.

working fine on all the boxes i updated mate, try downloading it from ajsat.co.uk no need to unzip it as it is the tp_progs.dbs file so drag it straight to a usb stick that is formatted to fat32. - go to upgrade via usb - change top line to misc files - keep dbs as yes and select files, place a tick on the end of tp_prog.dbs and yellow to upgrade, once done exit menu and restart the box.

p.s. i always delete all channels before upgrading as it clears the memory.. i know most say it overwrites it but you may be the unlucky ones that it doesnt, so beter to be safe then sorry for the sake of an extra few seconds

hi the update has bricked a box of mine which is the f3s, I then re tried it on a f3 (downloaded the file again) and it did the same thing

yes I did delete all channels first, I have been using ajs list for over a year and never had a problem up on till the last up date,

any help ? not regarding on what I can do as I know how to cure the bricked device but don't want to be giving channel list out to family if its going to happen again

AJ has removed all the non-working HD channels from his list. There are still a handfull of $ HD channels working.

Not sure what changed by scanning. All 4 stream ID's remained the same.

I'll try your latest list later today. If there is a problem with SS5 again, I'll compare the working & non-working SS5 channel details in Mediabox editor to see if that wil give any clues.

Hi been reading this thread ..Just wondering if ajs list covers the skybox f5 ..I used his list for a while then got one from a friend with the scottish channels in place but that totaly mucked up..So wondering where id get the link for the skybox f5 chanlist ive searched in the search box but nothing ?

There are 2 AJ channel list threads in the "channel list only" stickies.

1 is for the X5/F6 boxes, the other is for all the other boxes.

The non-X5/F6 list is OK with your box.
