Liberview Boxes (SKYBOX) FS3 - Problem with Sony Max, Baby Tv & Geo Uk

ITS F3S NOT FS3...

I don't know if any1 has realized. but the SONY MAX, BABY TV & GEO Uk are coming up with black screen with only the audio sound working. No picture. on the NEW F3S LIBERVIEW BOX that have been name changed from SKYBOX f3s.. i think there is a problem with the new LIBERVIEW BOXES. THE SONY MAX, BABY TV and GEO UK are working fine from the normal dreambox 500s and openbox s10 / s11 HD and the SKYBOX fs3 boxes.

i have also tryed all the SKYBOX F3S firmwares from july 2013 uptill Dec 2013 on the LIBERVIEW F3S boxes. Firmware working all good. just the SONY MAX, BABY TV AND GEO UK not working, its just got a black screen with only the AUDIO sound working.

if any1 has got the new LIBERVIEW F3S box, can u please check these channels and let me know please.

I'm a bit confused about "SKYBOX fs3". Are you saying that you have these channels working on a Skybox branded F3s? (I assume you meant F3s rather than fs3).

YES I MENT THE F3s...

all these channels are working on the SKYBOX F3S, cuz my bro has got a SKYBOX F3S.. its the new LIBERVIEW F3S BOXES that are not working (sony max, baby tv, geo) i know its just a name change from SKYBOX to LIBERVIEW, but i think it has to be more then a name change if some of the channels are not working. i have tried all the firmwares from 03/7/13 till dec 2013 no joy.. iv dowloaded the new jan 2014 firmware but havnt tried it yet..

it could be a faulty batch of liberview boxes that not working, has any one got a liberview f3s where the sony max, baby tv or geo uk are working..

I am having the same problem but on a libertview f5s and a sly box f5s both boxes tried with all releases of firmware including 22-01-2014 made no difference.
how come working fine for 2 months made no changes to box and now all of a sudden have audio on the missing channels but no picture.
have done a re scan of all frequencies made no difference.Also apps not working now on either boxes apart from the weather app. wow
not a happy camper as i only have them a few weeks.

can anyone in here have a soultion apart from bining the boxes,is there a firmware release later than the 1 i posted i dont know about?

geo tv, sony max and baby tv!

ive been working on this problem with the affected channels that only seem to play audio and no video. in the firmwares for F3S and F5S box there seems to be a video codec missing/unsupported. my mate from scotland has had his F5S box updated by someone and it seems to be working fine. I believe he has installed a third party firmware that supports video and audio. will let you all know the name soon as soon as i found it

I have got the new software for Libertview and F5s yesterday working fine and you tube working fine but I am not allowed to released it yet.

I have a Skybox branded F3s & the 3 channels are not working on that, so I don't think it's only the Libertview branded boxes that aren't working.

I have got openbox F5s and those 3 channels (Baby Tv, Sony Max, Geo UK) are not working on it either (just sound, no picture).

Is there anyone who can help us out with this issue???

Yes ur right. it is all the F3s boxes. My cuz has got a F3 box. Not a F3s. Hope they release a fix soon.

Guys I have f5s slybox and f5s libertview not working on either its quiet clear now that there is a major problem with these
I see from the above that a new release will sort the issue out.

I have the effected channels working on the f5's box. What you need to do is flash the box with a null modem cable and use the f3 firmware. The eeprom tool will accept the firmware.
