Well the end of an era, Its now probably easier to list what is actually left which is:

Film 4 HD
TCM HD
Sly 3D
BT Sport 1 HD
BT Sport 2 HD
ESPN HD
Sly News HD

all other premium channels have now Gone completely

Many appologies if this is the wrong thread but i know a few people have mentioned about getting morized set ups.... could someone point me in the right direction (thread) of getting a motorized set up installed in the south yorkshire area

I believe there are around 19 hd channels left which is more than freeview still

Freeview HD has 10 HD channels Freesat the satellite equivalent has only 9

the remainder on satellite are subscription only channels

That depends on where you live Freeview where i am only has 5 HD channels. Never mind still have SD for now.

True Main Transmitters have the most if your unfortunate enough to be on a relay your stuck with 3 multiplexes instead of the usual 6 or 7 winter hill has 9 at the moment

As you say for the majority SD will be absolutely fine

It doesn't have AlJazeera HD, but it does have RT HD & NHK world HD.

EDIT...from next Tuesday there will be 2 more HD channels added to Freeview, Channel 4 +1 HD & 4Seven HD.

No mention of them coming to Freesat though.
